Job Description
- Manages an organization's total quality function.
- Responsible for planning total quality policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Ensure all materials meet or exceed the contract specifications.
- Oversees development of new testing tools, methods and systems to ensure products and services meet quality standards.
- To be able to document, monitor, track, and submit laboratory data.
- Coordinate and schedule field testing and performance QA/QC inspections.
- Review all special inspection and material testing perform by third parties.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks
- Document all inspection and testing in QC reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the same field or any related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the management of quality control & quality assurance, and in the pharmaceutical and international cosmetics.
- Ability to exercise good judgment.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Ability to work under pressure.
