Job Description
- Establish, develop and maintain client database including regular Contact with all clients.
- Help clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
- Sending out the proper details of offered properties for clients over the phone, though E-mails
- Performing the full cycle of the sales process (Looking for sales leads, Making presentations, Studying the customer needs.
- Identifying/qualifying potential customers, classifying those customers and converting target accounts to new business. Introduce company products and services to clients.
- Prepare customer quotations.
- Following up on customers' requests; Ensure our customer remains satisfied even after closing the deal. Pro-actively identify, seek and develop new clients within the assigned territory.
- Achieving sales targets and executing sales strategy. Expanding the Company's customer base.
- Maintain high level of product knowledge, technical competence and market trends.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience (Real Estate Experience is a must)
- Male or female
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to report and present in a clear, concise manner
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively
- Strong prioritizing, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency.
