Job Description

  • Following-up all incoming telephone calls through CRM.
  • Receiving, dispatching and distributing incoming and outgoing mails and faxes.
  • Receiving and guiding office visitors.
  • Handling specific tasks assigned by the Management in relation to the business.
  • Supervising and directing the office workers in order to maintain continuous cleanliness and prompt organization of the department premises and services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration/Commerce.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Administration.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent in MS office tools.
  • Punctual, accurate & organized.
  • Presentable with a pleasant personality.
  • Females.
