Job Description
- Following-up all incoming telephone calls through CRM.
- Receiving, dispatching and distributing incoming and outgoing mails and faxes.
- Receiving and guiding office visitors.
- Handling specific tasks assigned by the Management in relation to the business.
- Supervising and directing the office workers in order to maintain continuous cleanliness and prompt organization of the department premises and services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration/Commerce.
- 1-2 years of experience in Administration.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent in MS office tools.
- Punctual, accurate & organized.
- Presentable with a pleasant personality.
