Job Description

Overview:

  • The customer service Agent is mainly responsible with the after sales Service with Royal Ambassador Clients.
  • His Core function is following up whether with the Client or The Reservation Department or The Sales Department.

Main Duties:

  • Handle all Incoming Calls and Emails
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
  • Follow up on initial contacts with both the sales and the reservation department
  • Coordinate between the departments to ensure that everything is running smoothly
  • Update the system with the follow up requests for management’s reviews
  • Follow up with the clients about the our service to new customers after their subscription.
  • Welcoming the new clients , reconfirm their data , inform the clients how to use the services we present to him during his subscription.
  • Open new Channels through clients’ Recommendations
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Enter Customer information into system and Update existing customer information
  • Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Route calls to appropriate resource.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Complete call logs.
  • Produce call reports.
  • Follow up with existing clients and remind them about the services and get requests from them .
  • Follow up with the reservation team about the current bookings and make sure no delay on the client.
  • Coordinate the relation between the sales department and the reservation department.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Good English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
  • Excellent Computer Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Able to handle all incoming calls, Excellent Communication Skills
  • Multi-tasking skills and excellent organizational skills
  • Negation Skills
