Job Description
- Coordinate different department activities and schedules with projects’ stakeholders from academia and the industry/ technology providers.
- Perform day-to-day execution of assigned projects and scope.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from programs’ partners and beneficiaries regarding working projects/ programs, through professional manner, and providing appropriate assistance and information.
- Engage in performing a variety of events management activities like, preparing and coordinating the execution of technical seminars, workshops and conferences.
- Perform a variety of office related functions, correspondence, presentation, materials, notes, printing materials, answering phones, and archiving.
- Maintain a project portfolio based on knowledge gained.
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
- Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms, to a variety of stakeholders.
- Deliver, informative, well-organized presentations, provide status reports and progress updates as needed.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Job Requirements
- Preferable Gender: Male.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related ICT technology field from a prominent university.
- 3 -6 years of experience, preferably in dealing with Academic institutions.
- A good understanding of the ICT industry and the changes that technology is forcing upon the sector and the opportunities this presents for ICT technological innovation.
- Strongly recommended to have experience/knowledge or training in project management concepts and activities.
- Willing to travel within Egypt to coordinate unit activities with local universities in different governorates.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
