- Create innovative design concepts for projects.
- Prepare all design plans for presentation to clients.
- Creating 3D/2D models .
- Creating all interior design services from design to implementation.
- Knowledge of Interior Design principles and techniques .
- Passionate interest in current design trends.
- Ensure that codes and guidelines are adhered to Requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Architecture Engineering “ government university is a prefer”.
- 2 : 4 years Experience.
- Proficiency in Related Programs “ Autocad , 3d max , Photoshop ,Revit , Excel,, Word and PowerPoint,………….etc”.
- Lumion is prefer
- Highly aware Materials Types & Specifications.
- Technical Office work background is a prefer.
- MEP Coordination work background is a prefer.
- F.F&E Experience is a prefer.
- Fluent in English written.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative.
