Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their social media accounts and overall digital presence.
  • Develop and oversee monthly/quarterly content calendars that align with client objectives.
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and creative directors to deliver engaging, on-brand content.
  • Manage the execution of social media campaigns (organic and paid), ensuring timelines and KPIs are met.
  • Monitor platform trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights/recommendations to clients.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, campaign activations, and seasonal/social trends integration.
  • Guide and mentor junior account managers or executives in day-to-day tasks.
  • Ensure all social media content reflects client brand guidelines and delivers measurable impact.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing account management (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.) and their advertising ecosystems.
  • Experience managing multi-channel social media campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong portfolio of successful social media strategy and execution.
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign insights and optimize accordingly.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools (Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered tools for social media planning, content ideation, and reporting
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver campaigns on time.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
