Job Description
- Professional and knowledgeable sales service to suppliers for the Amazon, Noon, Souq, and Jumia businesses while achieving sales objectives.
- Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
- Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales on our website.
- Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
- Reporting on the utility of existing and novel strategies.
- Responsible for managing the daily operations of our e-commerce business.
- Search for e-Commerce customers through social media channels.
- Plan and evaluate major e-Commerce customers, markets and industries deliver the required information and tactical plans to justify our direction or redirection.
- Define company objectives.
- Review sales data and stock levels.
- Optimization of sales and increase conversion rates.
- Analyze internal data and web analytics.
- Plan advertising campaigns such as contests or giveaways.
- Develop SEO/SEM/PPC/Marketing plans.
- Evaluate website design and discuss plans to improve.
- Initiate market research studies.
- Involvement in both strategic planning and tactical execution – understand the strategic objectives of the business and turn broad, high-level plans into actionable operations improvements as the company grows.
Job Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce business.
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Information Systems, media, and communication or related field.
- Analytics experience.
- Good knowledge of web analytics tools and performance insights.
- Good knowledge of marketing theories and approaches and web merchandising.
- Knowledge of strategies for increasing sales.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Digital Advertising: Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
- Market research and analytical skills.
- Developing and designing online and email marketing campaigns.
- Strong computer skills.
- Fluent spoken and written both English and Arabic.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker who can plan, execute, and pivot according to circumstances with a clear objective of achieving overall revenue and organizational growth.
