Job Description

  • Research, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for job openings
  • Confer with the hiring manager and supervisors within RIT to identify job duties and specifications.
  • Implement and comply with related procedures and reviews for generating job offers
  • Coordinate and participates in on-campus and off-site recruitment events including employment fairs
  • Develop and maintain contacts with online channels, and offline agencies; universities, institutes, and other related organizations in the technology sector to find and attract candidates and enrich the database
  • Engage in and facilitate the onboarding program for all new hires for a better candidate/employee experience
  • Report recruitment activities and dashboards, and monitor analytics for process enhancement
  • Take part in organizational development projects.

Job Requirements

  • B.SC. in Business Administration or relevant
  • 0-2 years experience in Human Resources, IT industry experience is preferred
  • Good knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, diversity & inclusion, and competency-based assessment
  • Excellent analytical & organization skills
  • Strong Customer centricity
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
