Job Description
- Research, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for job openings
- Confer with the hiring manager and supervisors within RIT to identify job duties and specifications.
- Implement and comply with related procedures and reviews for generating job offers
- Coordinate and participates in on-campus and off-site recruitment events including employment fairs
- Develop and maintain contacts with online channels, and offline agencies; universities, institutes, and other related organizations in the technology sector to find and attract candidates and enrich the database
- Engage in and facilitate the onboarding program for all new hires for a better candidate/employee experience
- Report recruitment activities and dashboards, and monitor analytics for process enhancement
- Take part in organizational development projects.
Job Requirements
- B.SC. in Business Administration or relevant
- 0-2 years experience in Human Resources, IT industry experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, diversity & inclusion, and competency-based assessment
- Excellent analytical & organization skills
- Strong Customer centricity
- Strong communication & presentation skills
