Job Description
- Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Collaborate with Team leaders and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the visuals and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex applications.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Please note, this is not a UI designer Job, we need a user experience designer.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript will be a plus for rapid prototyping but not required
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies
