Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Crafting a digital presence strategy through planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies that meet Chestnut Learning’s goals to reach the maximum ROI.
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including social media, paid search marketing, SEO, online advertising, and email campaigns to increase the demand for the product and meet Chestnut Learning’s goals.
  • Coordinating internally with different teams to create the graphics and the content needed for both ATL and BTL advertisements to promote new products, and to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and branding across multiple marketing channels.
  • Applying data-driven approaches to describe, analyze, predict, and optimize marketing campaigns to be aware of the strengths & weaknesses of each campaign.
  • Providing the management with thorough reports that include an optimization strategy and a follow-up plan regarding the campaigns’ performance in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating customer service, and proposing recommendations based on customer requirements.
  • Ensuring prompt response and efficient use of the teams’ resources.
  • Determining whether inquiries are of a technical nature and referring them to the appropriate technician.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Work Experience:

  • 3+ years of documented experience in digital marketing (work within Digital Education or High Tech sector is a bonus, and please present links as an example of the work done).
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience in B2C marketing is a bonus.
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity and proficiency in content crafting; graphics and texts.
  • Ability to use scientific and data-driven approaches to hypothesize, test, and make recommendations to improve marketing ROI.
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
  • Excellent writing and language skills of both English and Arabic.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to display an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the marketing capabilities and trends of the digital marketing sector and social media platforms.
