Job Description

Al Andalous for pharmaceutical industries is now hiring "Admin Assistant" for the engineering department with following main responsibilities:

  • Answer telephones to direct calls or provide information.
  • Collect deposits, payments or fees.
  • Enter information into databases or software programs.
  • Manage documents, records, or other files to ensure accuracy.
  • Search files, databases, Archive or reference materials to obtain needed information.
  • Prepare meetings with vendors and clients.
  • Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Male only.
  • Relevant bachelor degree.
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Excellent command of all MS office versions.
  • 6th of October City resident or nearby.
