Al Andalous for pharmaceutical industries is now hiring "Admin Assistant" for the engineering department with following main responsibilities:
- Answer telephones to direct calls or provide information.
- Collect deposits, payments or fees.
- Enter information into databases or software programs.
- Manage documents, records, or other files to ensure accuracy.
- Search files, databases, Archive or reference materials to obtain needed information.
- Prepare meetings with vendors and clients.
- Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements
- Male only.
- Relevant bachelor degree.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Excellent command of all MS office versions.
- 6th of October City resident or nearby.
