Job Description
- Hands on experience in Gladiator/Nemo Ananlyzer/TEMS Discovery (Depending on which tool being used)
- Automation of Reports in the above tools by Scripting.
- Understanding of Layer3 messages in 2G/3G/LTE.
- Working in a Post processing role for 2G/3G/LTE log files.
- Rectifying customer complaints regarding coverage and quality and providing feedback to the operator.
- Find the causes of the Call Drops, Blocked Calls, Handover Failures, Coverage gaps and poor throughput and resolving it.
Job Requirements
- +2 years experience.
- Ability to work in a very challenging Environment.
- Good team player with motivation and high level of Co-operation.
- E. in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Telecom engineering.
- Ability to work within a team.
