  • Marketing at ReqLax is currently set for RACE the customers and providers and we are seeking a performance marketer to supercharge this momentum. You will drive the SEO and SEM efforts, both are greenfield opportunity ripe for on-site and off-site optimization. PPC, Analytics, etc…

We’re currently looking for a data-driven search Growth Marketing Executive - SEM & SEO.

This person will manage, analyze, and optimize a marketplace SEO / SEM campaigns to drive new customers and providers reach, acquisition, conversion, engagement & retention and continuously monitor KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, promotion performance, and more.

The Role

  • Plan and execute all SEO/ SEM programs and campaigns
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI especially for paid search
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Enhance our bidding and media buying methodologies
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions
  • Establish processes that incorporate SEO best-practices into site architecture, content management and product marketing
  • Drive reporting and analysis of performance to continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business performance

Job Requirements

  • More than 3 years experience managing SEO and SEM
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, KissMetrics)
  • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite, Inhouse tools)
  • Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
