Job Description
- Process whole recruitment process (sourcing, filtering, scheduling interviews, interview candidates and short list them).
- Process full payroll cycle.
- Records, maintains and monitors attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Handles social insurances issues.
- Updates employees’ data sheets.
- Process hiring and resignation procedures.
- Approves and registers employee's vacation.
Job Requirements
- Male / Female.
- Experience in dealing with blue collars.
- Experience 2-4 years.
- Experience in pharmaceutical field.
- Preferred certificates in HR.
- Excellent Communications and Presentation skills.
