Job Description
- Manage, monitor and control all the SW activities including the analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, installation and the delivery of the SW solutions with the objective of satisfying the end users, and produce quality products within corporate standards and rules.
- Leading a team of up to 70 employees [Project Managers, Developers, QC, Technical support, Graphic designers, and technical writer] in several Local and international projects.
- Reporting department and projects status to senior management. Getting commitments for budget, R&D and project plans.
- Define targets and objectives for the team according to market requirements and company general strategies.
- Maintain and develop technology partner's relations.
Job Requirements
- Min 12+ years’ experience.
- PMI Project Management Professional - PMP
Wide Range Of :
- Cloud, Android, Unity and objective C is a PLUS.
- FrontEnd Background - Angular.js - HTML5, js, css.
- BackEnd Background - DotNet - MVC - SQL Server -My SQL/DB - Node.js
- Cloud, Android, Unity and objective C is a PLUS.
- Leader and team worker [Managing a Project Managers, developers, Testers, Graphic designers, technical writers, Support …etc].
- Expert in International Projects Management with proven record.
- Good knowledge of different software development life cycles [SDLC].
- Good knowledge of Agile and it's practices.
- Practicing international process improvement standards CMMI L3 is a Plus.
