Assist in developing and estimating business processes that will ensure applicability at the project level
Review and complete the bid forms and ensure that they are within the given specifications
Perform evaluation of bids and provide the pricing in a timely manner
Conceptualize layouts for the project and review all estimates before they are being submitted.
Responsible for preparation and coordination of all aspects of Electro-Mechanical Estimates including conceptual, CM and lump sum.

Must have experience with all aspects of electro-mechanical estimating, including HVAC and Piping Systems, Plumbing, electrical , fire alarm , cctv , fire fightimg Process Piping, ATC Systems and Process Instrumentation.
Knowledge of local Subcontractor Market
Must be personable and capable of direct client interaction
Well organized with strong written and oral communication skills
Subcontractor Project Management & Field Experience helpful but not required
Working skills with standard business software (MS Office Suite).
Must be proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD .
Must have a working knowledge of OST On Screen Take-off
Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.
Ability to generate take offs, conceptual estimates and detailed estimates for GMP/CM proposals, budgets and negotiated work with limited oversight by others
Ability to control draughtsman and quantity surveyors
Have power to control civil draughtsman and civil quantity surveyors
