Job Description
- Study project information and directives carefully.
- Distribute project documents and information in order to ensure that all departments informed of their specific duties for smooth execution.
- Maintain liaison with departments in order to develop engineering plans and manage submission schedules as appropriate.
- Act as a communication link between departments, individuals and the client.
- Assist in developing project metrics and reporting processes.
- Following up project execution, monitor time schedule and quality of work being performed.
- Schedule customers’ visits, record the minutes of the meetings and analyze data to ensure accuracy.
- Track the monthly progress and prepare invoicing request to accounting department.
- Manage the filing system for every project and ensure that all information is available at all times.
Job Requirements
- Job Location: at Project Dpt. office, at PSC Head office in Somouha.
- Qualifications: Should be experienced in steel works fabrication /construction, preferable in planning as well.
- Graduation: Mechanical or civil engineers.
