Job Description
- We are looking for A Moderation Team Leader who can provide excellent user experience, and knows how to manage their team well, and how to motivate them.. and how to build a good relationship with our customers.
- Working alongside Tagerly’s Marketing Department to generate new ideas for social content to drive communications
- Planning social content along-side the social media manager to ensure that it’s relevant and engaging
- Help in proposing and writing engaging copy for use on relevant social media platforms;
- Engaging with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement
- Help with preparation of reports on social media engagements within the community
- Monitoring the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy
- Respond to queries (Intercom) in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Liaising with internal departments to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community
- Identify, initiate, and deepen relationships with various community stakeholders;
- Implement meetings, surveys, and other ways for communicating with, and receiving feedback from, the community about Tagerly and its initiatives;
- Attend community meetings on behalf of Tagerly to hear community concerns, provide information about community engagement, and advocate for participation;
- Attend programs and events relevant to the industry to better understand community interests and activities;
- Create mechanisms for internal and external evaluation of engagement initiatives;
- Distribute information to the community and broader publics through multiple channels;
- Compile collected information for the CEO to regularly present to Tagerly’s Board and staff leadership.
Job Requirements
