Job Description

Main Duties:

  • To Check Materials Inward and Outward quantity wise and quality wise.
  • To Make entries of materials inward and outward.
  • To issue and control materials wise project wise to the sites and make relevant consumption entries.
  • To Prepare and update stock sheet on daily basis.
  • To check the stocks periodically and report variance.
  • To Issue material to production dept Project wise and make relevant consumption entries.
  • To Maintain minimum stock level.
  • To control, regulate and monitor the movement of the consumables and the small tools person wise, location wise and site wise.
  • To control and monitor the cut-out materials, scrap materials generated during the operation process.
  • To follow , control and monitor of materials on FIFO basis.

Job Requirements

The position is required for one of the biggest Furniture Factories under a very well known group company in Bahrain.

  • Bachelor's degree in science/Arts Faculty with a specialization in Stores management/materials management/Inventory control
  • From 4 - 5 years of experience in Furniture industry
  • knowledge on working with ERP /SAP Inventory Modules.
  • Strong personality to deal and cope with the Carpenters, Helpers, installers, project engineers and supervisors of different nationalities
