Work content
- Responsible for receiving vivo service hotline, online consultation and complaint business, user satisfaction survey and active care. Provide consumers with high-quality services through the phone or the Internet, enhance brand service reputation and enhance customer loyalty.
- Educational background: college degree and above (no major limitation)
- Language requirements: Arabic and English, bilingual ability (English requires listening, speaking, reading and writing skills), NATIVE ENGLISH PROFICENCY
- Proficiency in using office software, typing speed>30 characters/minute
- Have good anti-stress ability, good language communication skills, good service consciousness, cheerful personality, warm and generous
- Other requirements: need to accept schedule
- Working hours: 8 hours per day including 1 h break , 1 day off per week
