Job Description
- Collaborate with account managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers for Web and Mobile Platforms
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Design weekly social media posts
Job Requirements
- From 3 to 5 years design experience in a creative agency.
- Experience in designing and iterating on web apps
- Outstanding Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills, Sketch app experience
- knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Bootstrap or equivalent framework, Passion for creating experiences in online environments
- Familiar with Mobile App Designs on both platforms Android & iOS
- Familiar with Different Mobile platforms Guidelines and Restrictions
- Ability for App Designs Slicing to hand off to Developers Team is mandatory
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- UI Development (JavaScript based frameworks) is a plus
