Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
- You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone
- Maintaining good customer relationships.
- Making appointments to calling new and existing customers.
- Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
- Agreeing sales,prices ,contracts and payments.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity, results and reports, such as daily call reports, weekly
- Work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making, recommendations to management.
Job Requirements
- Must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
- Must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- Female Only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
