Job Description

  • Supporting the sales team by providing technical consultancy services to end customer.
  • Responsible for ordering products from distributors /Vendors and guaranteeing the deliveries in their proper time.
  • Sending monthly funnel sheets to vendors and distributors.
  • Responsible for staying on competitive analysis and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
  • Identifying new items and eliminating obsolete ones on the company’s Financial Application System (GP).
  • Stay updated with latest vendor’s technology by passing vendor’s latest webinars, online trainings and achieve related certificates.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Achieves assigned productivity and profitability quotas and targets.
  • Works closely and collaboratively with Sales Team.
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer’s requirements and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and company.
  • Increasing business development for getting more accurate data for deals.
  • Orient new hires with the latest technologies and sales keys techniques.
  • Communicating with related vendor explaining our value added and gaining project price preference to achieve company goals.
  • Provide activities with sales account managers, conducting customer meetings, designing optimized solution that need customer perception ending up with agreed configurations.
  • Responsible for responding to technical questionnaires.
  • Capable of introducing business plans (Power Point) for vendors in terms of developing and enhancing business.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the same position
  • Experience in IT field is preferable
  • Good communication skills
  • BSC. in engineering or any relevant degree from any reputable university
  • Presentable, Time Management and self confidence.
