Job Description:

Responsible for the design, development, and unit testing for J2EE and Web based Application.
Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas.
Hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications.
Participate in all aspects of the software development project lifecycle ranging from requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and release support.
Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations.
Document all designs and comment all code based on company standards.
Participate in technology practice educational events, and contribute to them.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

3+ years’ experience with web development experience with focus on rich UI component development, JavaScript MVC based frameworks, HTML5 and angularjs.
Knowledge of Mobile application development is a distinct advantage.
Ability to onboard new technologies quickly and effectively.
Experience with Java web application development encompassing approval workflows, integrations with databases.
Know and understand common Java design and development concepts.
Have working knowledge and experience with relational or NoSQL database designs, and to have a good understanding of how to map database entities to Java objects and vice versa.
Have a good working knowledge of, and experience with XML, XSL, and JSP. You will be expected to be able to develop and deploy web applications from any of the popular ides into Tomcat or any JEE application server.
Work with popular Java-related technologies and frameworks such as Spring, mybatis, Hibernate, JEE, Jenkins, and Maven.

Preferred:

Experience coding in any of: HTML5, AngularJS.
Experience with Sahi Pro, Selenium, and other automated web application testing tools.
Database experience.
Experience with PHP.
