Job Description
- Responsible for all Government Relations Procedures (Work office - social insurance - medical insurance - trade mark...etc.)
- Process, forwards & Collects legal documents related to Ministry of Labor and Immigration, Passport office.
- Developing excellent relations with all Government Offices.
- Proactive and advance notification of any changes in government rules & regulations
- Filing to be updated daily and orderly
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR, operation and finance department Demands.
- Administrate employees’ files to ensure proper document filing
- Represent Company at Social insurance and Labor office and other governmental agencies
- Ensure Employees’ documents comply with labor law through handling boarding and resignation process
- Responsible for prepare and review all monthly payment (Payroll tax-Social insurance-Stamp duties- Quarter report for withholding tax
- Responsible for the Bank Reconciliation
- Help in implementing shops license and access to health certificates and deal with their own government offices by preparing their own securities documents.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors of Law
Experience:
- Eligible to practice law in Egypt.
- Good command of English.
- Age from 27 - 35 Only.
- Excellent drafting skills.
- Prior knowledge of boards and general assembly’s secretariat activities.
- Experience in the retail Fashion Field being highly advantageous.
- Males only.
