Main Duties:
- Provide applications and product support to customers as well as the sales and service teams.
- Take appropriate steps to bring any open support cases to resolution in a timely manner.
- Participate in Product & Marketing events and product launches.
- Occasional travel to customer sites for sales support or on-site troubleshooting.
- Participate in proposals writing and analysis.
- Perform additional functions as requested by management.
- Improves existing programs by reviewing objectives and specifications; evaluating proposed changes; recommending changes; making modifications.
- Participating in preparing Training materials and products specification documents.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication Engineering or a related subject.
- Technical support experience is preferred.
- Broad background knowledge of fundamental electronics and computer science.
- Concrete Command of English is a must.
- Excellent Communication and presentation is a must.
- Proven ability to digest large amounts of new and complex technical information in a short time.
- Verbal and written expression skills, strong sense of customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to back office troubleshooting and on-site is a must.
- Able to work both independently and within a team.
- Able to travel for short/long periods.
