Kanawat for Trading & Distribution ( Authorized Samsung & Nokia Mobiles Distributor )
Job purpose :
- Following up the implementation of the company sales and distributions plans & provide the accurate market situation & trend to the direct manager
- Achieve monthly branch target
- Work on permanent expansion in the customer base and open new markets
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales team to achieve the highest sales and distribution ratio
- Train the sales team and develop their performance
- Achieving the branch sales objectives
- Following up the sales targets achievements for customers and following up their credit limits
- Preparing the sales team routes with the needs products in a manner that does not violate credit limits and following up the implementation
- Conduct daily visits to the market to follow up the sales team proficiency and ensure the achievement of the company objectives
- Provide new ideas to connect with the market and solve the selling challenges
- Analyze the market trends,identify opportunities, strengths and weaknesses of competitors and transfer them to management
- Building a customer base on the level of excellence and working on continuously with the company
Job Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience: Min 5 years’ experience in mobile or telecommunication industry
& at least 1 year as team leader - Very good Command in English & Computer Skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Strong Leadership skills
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking
