Job Description

  • Repair Skill Enhancement of Area Service Managers
    • Prepare Training Material
    • Download new product Information to Area Service Managers
    • Translate Material to match with Egyptian culture to be easy to be understood.
    • Provide repair Skill know-How to Area Service Managers
  • Customer Service Performance Management
    • Root Cause Analysis of Customer-Service–Performance parameters and corrective action planning, implementation and control
    • To report quality failures with respect to the company’s products to the quality control team for immediate corrective actions
  • Identify and resolve gaps in customer service (Maintenance Cost, Repair Quality)

Job Requirements

  • Maintenance Partner management skills
  • Ability work as individual as well as Team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sound technical knowledge with exposure to L1-L4 repair environments.
  • Ability to impart training on processes and maintenance management.
  • Working knowledge of maintenance CRMs/RMS (Repair Management Systems), Excel, Power point presentation
  • Ability to design Material of the training.
  • Ability to translate the technical Material per Egyptian culture to be easy to be understood.
  • Ability to transfer Knowledge.
