Job Description
- Repair Skill Enhancement of Area Service Managers
- Prepare Training Material
- Download new product Information to Area Service Managers
- Translate Material to match with Egyptian culture to be easy to be understood.
- Provide repair Skill know-How to Area Service Managers
- Customer Service Performance Management
- Root Cause Analysis of Customer-Service–Performance parameters and corrective action planning, implementation and control
- To report quality failures with respect to the company’s products to the quality control team for immediate corrective actions
- Identify and resolve gaps in customer service (Maintenance Cost, Repair Quality)
Job Requirements
- Maintenance Partner management skills
- Ability work as individual as well as Team
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound technical knowledge with exposure to L1-L4 repair environments.
- Ability to impart training on processes and maintenance management.
- Working knowledge of maintenance CRMs/RMS (Repair Management Systems), Excel, Power point presentation
- Ability to design Material of the training.
- Ability to translate the technical Material per Egyptian culture to be easy to be understood.
- Ability to transfer Knowledge.
