Job Description
Strategic Duties:
- Develop the detailed annual export sales forecast, plan and budget in line with the overall project and export sales objectives.
- Monitor the implementation of the annual export sales plan and budget and ensure that any deviations are identified, rectified and reported.
Job Duties:
- Review new marketing material preparation and decide whether the design is approved or rejected.
- Checking Marketing samples and review quotations to complete the purchasing phase of the marketing materials.
- Review or checking up the achieved Export sales target of the existing clients.
- Taking exceptions from CFO for the clients and discussing not suitable delivery time of the shipment with the planning manager.
- Signing all the documents needed for the export support.
- Prepare action plan upon the tours and distribute actions upon the time frame and prepare the budget with the export team.
- Prepare allowances and payments with CEO.
- Conduct Market survey through attend events, gathering information and analyzing market.
- Prepare annually budget and approve it from CFO.
- Work on Annual Exhibitions by attending and preparing it including exhibition agreements and needed marketing materials.
- Preparing Export sales forecast target.
Job Requirements
Minimum Required Education:
- Bachelor degree in Commerce or a relevant degree.
- Relevant certification is preferable such International Trade Certificate.
Minimum Required Professional Experience:
- 5-7 years of sales experience.
- 2 Years managing sales team / function.
Required Professional Knowledge
- Sales planning concepts.
- Basic financial knowledge.
- Knowledge of customs regulations.
- Market research knowledge.
- Knowledge of international market requirements and laws.
- Knowledge of foreign languages – English is essential.
