Job Summary:
- Provide the best customer service possible in a positive and professional manner, by providing clinics with information on promotions, pricing, product updates, answers to questions and speedy resolution of their concerns and problems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take orders for products over the phone from our Veterinary customers, field sales representatives and manufacturer representatives.
- Handle customers’ inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
- Ensure compliance to policies & procedures.
- Sufficient knowledge of all products offered and their features.
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of Veterinary Medicinal Products.
- Ideal education: Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
- Chemist and Pharmacist are welcomed.
- 0-1 Years of experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional appearance.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.
