Job Description
His responsibilities will be included but not limited to :
- Working with Project Managers to determine needs and applying / customizing existing technology to meet those needs.
- Maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadlines.
- Recording work progress on a weekly basis.
- Participate and lead in the construction, implementation and support of software products that meet established specifications, design criteria, quality standards and business requirements.
- Design applications and systems based upon business requirements documentation and architectural designs.
- Construct high quality code.
- Analyze, code, test, and debug applications. Participate in projects through various phases.
- Provide post production support and development leadership to the team.
- Contribute to matrix teams designing and developing of applications, modules, or enhancements.
- Prepare necessary documentation to guide technical design and oversee development tasks.
- Perform troubleshooting and analysis to assess root cause of application issues.
- Keep abreast of current technological advances and tools, and make recommendations to improve the operating efficiency and functionality of assigned system areas.
Job Requirements
- Some experience with front end UI design preferred.
- Experience in back-end software design in SQL Server 2000 or 2005, Stored procedures, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.
- Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
- Ability to develop large scale web/database applications.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager.
- Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces.
- Ability to construct user guides and documentation.
- Understanding of OOP, UML and Hibernate.
- Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, ASP.NET MVC and Web Service.
- Languages: C#, VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript/DHTML, VBScript, HTML, XML.
- Excellent understanding of HTML5.
- Experience in Entity Framework and LINQ.
- Experience using Visual Studio 2012 and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
- Experience in WCF.
- Good Knowledge Team foundation server.
- Excellent knowledge of Transact SQL.
- Working experience with Content Management Systems.
- Angular JS knowledge is a plus.
