- Read projects time schedules and prepare procurement and/or subcontractors plan.
- Implement and review contracts and subcontracts.
- Make sure that best practices are applied on any given project.
- Make all the revisions available to all the parties involved in the project Handle complaints and claims Calculate non-chargeable expenses, as well as any labor or equipment costs that may exceed the budget for the project.
- Coordinate payment of subcontracts and Invoices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor In Architecture or civil engineering only.
- Own a car is preferable
- 4-8 years of Experience.
