Job Description
For over 10 years of experience providing the financial sector (both insurance and banking) with software solutions, IT-Fusion have managed to support wide, diversified, multicultural business environments in Egypt and Sudan.
We planned for a wide expansion in the gulf region, we are hiring a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue and profit goals for Egypt / Gulf region by selling our products and solutions into financial/Telco market sectors; he will increase our market share as defined by the annual business plan while representing IT-Fusion in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop and expand existing customer base with existing and new products.
- Achieve sales goals and gross profit margins which established by the strategic plan.
- Develop and expand the sales region in top line revenues.
- Add new customers on a quarterly basis.
- Give feedback on accounts, markets, competition, training needs, product issues, business needs, technology scenario and market needs.
- Provide monthly forecasting on customer’s product needs.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on activities and strategies.
- Provide assistance with accounts receivable – working with customer service.
- Attend quarterly sales meetings with updated business plans.
- Spend 60% of their time in front of customers’ prospects.
- Keep IT-Fusion’s CRM customer database updated and accurate on all assigned accounts.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years B2B selling experience, calling on large enterprise accounts and delivering premium products or solutions.
- IT Background is a MUST.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Recent and year-over-year track record of over quota performance.
- Experience bringing complex ROI-focused solutions to market strongly.
- Experience calling on Mobile Operators, insurance companies and/or Banks preferred.
- Exceptional prospecting, business development, and large account management skills.
- Developed and executed plans, and growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and detailed execution.
- Competitive, energetic, passionate and a strong work ethic.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
