Job Description
Ensuring that all technical aspects are functioning optimally. Overseeing and maintaining company
hardware and software systems. Resolving technical issues concerning staff accounts or company
software infrastructure
Responsibilities :
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners. Plus, any other hardware or software products
- Handling company staff technical support cases
- Maintaining system functionality and Troubleshooting hardware and software issues with SLA
- Following up with customer to ensure first call resolution and achieving 100% customer satisfaction Rate
- Use various administrative department tools and resources for incidents resolution
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in large-sized organization
- Solid Knowledge of administering Microsoft applications & most recent technology
- FluentlySpeakingbothArabic/English
Qualification :
- MCSE MCITP Certification is a Must
