Job Description
- Perform medical utilization analysis and reports.
- Handling daily medical complaints/ issues.
- Ensure adherence to the company medical policy and operating instructions.
- Follow up the medical network updates with the medical company and communicate to all LEONI factories.
- Monitor the process of chronic medicine distribution to employees on monthly basis.
- Ensure the refund process is done smoothly.
- Perform periodical audits on clinics in LEONI Egypt site to monitor clinics
- Arrange and attend meeting for all medical activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Very good command of English.
- Experience in insurance/ TPA companies.
- Very Good Knowledge with MS Applications
- Very good leadership skills and Stress Management skills.
- Decision maker
- Conflict management capability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
