Job Description
- Acts as the front line for the students at SU.
- Receives all the requests, inquiries & complains from the students to communicate them with different internal departments.
- Follow up with the related different departments to ensure that the requests from the students are done.
- Ensure providing the services to the students as per SU's policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the same field.
- Good communication and planning skills.
- Good command of Arabic & English languages.
- Good usage of computer.
