Job Description
- Review monthly Sub-contractors invoices more than one million pound for current work volume and the remaining invoices quarterly in coordination with site team according to quantity survey and client invoices and distribute them electronically or by mail
- Initiate all subject related invoices as (SR, Duplication report, price variance, deduction, adjustment and all financial issue ...Etc.)
- Prepare invoices for social insurance in coordination with finance department.
- Follow up and organize detailed project invoices logs.
- Initiate final sub-contractor invoices and all subject related as retention…..etc.
- Initiate all Commercial Reports required.
- Review Payment terms for the Lump sum, Turnkey Contracts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil\Architectural Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
