Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to undertake all hiring activities, from Manpower Planning to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
Recruitment Supervisor responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates through Recruitment platforms (Online and Offline ) and supporting hiring managers in the Selection and Hiring Process. please read the Responsibilities and the Requirements Carefully and if they match your Professional Experience, we would like you to join our Professional Team
Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the Activities of the Recruitment Team and giving the appropriate support when needed
- Build and report on Monthly, quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Responsible for the Recruitment Process form A to Z
- Host and participate in job fairs
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Job Requirements
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree of any discipline.
- 5-7 years of Work Experience
Qualifications Required :
- Digital Recruitment Experience is A Must
- Hands-on experience with the largest job site platforms.
- Retail Industry Experience with Mass Hiring will be an advantage
- Blue & White collars recruitment experience is a must
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
