Job Description
We are searching for a hard-working and experienced Growth Hacker for our growth team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations, . Your key responsibility is to formulate the final architecture, implementation, and management of the digital marketing plan, including advising on using digital technology to improve marketing and business results.
Your duties will include organizing and leveraging the company's distributed presence, working with development team to improve the company's SEO and enacting innovative pull and push strategies for rapid growth.
Our ideal candidate is someone technically able with experience in marketing, growth tool (such as Segment.io). They need to have familiarity with, and knowledge of automation strategies and analytics. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, they will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Managing different stacks
- Automation
- Analytics
- Manage the growth funnel
- SEO and SEM strategy
- Online behavioral advertising
- User-generated content and collaborative environment strategy (For example survey customers, prioritize feedback and use it to seed company progress)
- Data-driven advertising and re-marketing
Job Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
