- This include induction, training and development, career planning, career development, KRA & measurement of KRA, Payroll management and HR related compliance adherence.
Job Requirements
- Strong leadership abilities coupled with ability to structure new functions and organizations.
- extremely strong coaching ability is required to perform this role satisfactorily.
- MBA or equivalent from reputed institutes with strong flair towards setting up startups would make a candidate suitable for the profile.
