Job Description
- We are a Global IT Company based out of Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates, opening a branch in Cairo to expand our resource pooling to Egypt.
- We are looking for a Telesales account manager to help support our expanding operations in the area of marketing, sales, and website operations.
Job Description:
- Handle Customer inquiries and Telesales.
- Generating appointments / qualified leads through cold calling with a wide range of small businesses.
- Work cross functionally with Marketing and Sales teams to drive incremental revenue.
- Persuading potential customers to purchase the company products.
- Contacting merchant’s prospective opportunities through outbound work.
- Developing a pipeline of merchant interest and prospects.
- Delivering a level of service that creates a significant difference, and solutions to both merchants and the internal BDM team.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Very strong command of English (written and verbal)
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Passionate about technology and the internet arena.
- Bachelor degree in Communication, Media, Business Management, or IT.
- Strong skills in using Computers and computer tools.
