Job Description
- Plans, manages, directs, follows up the melt shop activities to achieve the company’s targets and realize its policies. Minimize Production delays trough right resources and equipment management.
- Responsible to perform SMP production and achieve productivity and quality target within Company policy.
- Follows up, and continuously verify correct appliance of work instructions & standard procedures for melt shop activities.
- Plans, and follows up the repair & maintenance works in all or part of melt shop.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering - Metallurgical and Material Engineering department
- Very Good command of English language.
- Very Good communication skills.
- Very Good leadership skills.
