Job Description

  • Assist in Developing and implement an effective sales strategies, business plans, tactics, and profit targets.
  • Create and implement as required operational policy and procedures that will minimize business risk and create a safe working environment
  • Manage the operational set up of all new stores and the re-configuration of refurbishments, collaborate with all appropriates partners to ensure all elements have been considered and implemented on time.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports to management regarding sales performance.
  • Responsible of the performance development, training, motivation and coaching of the sales staff to reach their KPIs.
  • Conduct regular store visits to follow up and monitor operational standards and the quality of customer service.
  • Monitor the regular maintenance process of the stores according to standards.
  • Monitor the product transfer process from warehouse to the branches and vice versa as per agreed schedule and timings.
  • Manage the daily financial process (deposit, income, documents…) with the finance department.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position especially in retail industries. Fashion background is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of Egyptian market.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
  • Professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
