Shawky Engineering Consultants is a firm with a long experience in providing turnkey projects, interior finishing and landscaping.
Now we are on the route for expanding our services and have a vacancy for a Sales Consultant,that can perform the following responsibilities:
Job Duties:
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
- Search for new customers and update database with new data and updating existing one.
- Using different channel to contact customers via email, telephone, management referrals, social network and outside visit to open sales leads.
- Schedule meetings, Make presentation and site visits.
- Achieve assigned sales target.
- Follow up with customers on open leads and update its status daily.
- Maintaining a professional appearance at all times and to conduct personal behavior in a mature professional business manner when representing the company
- Client consultation and assistance in choosing a property that best meets their requirements and budget while accompanying them to the site when requested
Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Proven track record of sales
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
