Job Description

 Job brief:

  • Create a plan, manage, and monitor social media campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the website and analyze the data.
  • Gather and analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
  • Conduct competition analysis by analyzing our local and foreign competitors.
  • Provide the sales department with market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Plan outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.).
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, TV, etc.).
  • Plan the marketing department budget and activities.
  • Coordinate internal marketing and the organization’s culture.
  • Plan and conduct PR campaigns.

Status:

  • Full Time.
  • Subjected to the Six- Months Probationary period.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience.
  • Previous experience in a Pharmaceutical Multinational Company is a must.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Presentable.
  • Lives in New Cairo or nearby.
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Pharmaceutical science.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.)and market research methods.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of marketing data analytics and tools.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords).
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
