Job Description
- Act as a front-line interface with customers of Vodafone UK Customers.
- Build a good Rapport with Clients over the phone.
- Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem.
- Identifying customers’ needs and research every issue to provide solutions or alternatives.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English Speakers.
- Egyptians.
- Graduates or Undergraduates who can work as Full-timers.
- Proficiency in using MS Office application
- Good Communication Skills.

Job Features:
- Salary: 2,850 EGP per month.
- Guaranteed Allowance: 1400 EGP every two months.
- Bonus according to the performance: up to 750 EGP on a monthly basis.
- Overtime: from 600 EGP up to 1500 EGP on a monthly basis.
