Job Description

  • Create and maintain superior service practices
  • Research and resolve problems related to facility operations
  • Implement preventive, ongoing and anticipated maintenance/repair programs
  • Manage a staff of diverse skilled tradesmen and professionals across functional disciplines e.g. MEP and Civil
  • Forecast annual operating and capital expense budgets
  • Responsible for critical systems environment
  • Coordinate the operational aspects of the property in a manner, which protects, maintains and improves the value of company assets
  • Ensure all site management and operations practices are in compliance with company audits and standards
  • Perform monthly KPI and financial reporting, forecasting and asset management.
  • Coordinate and conduct weekly facility inspection.
  • Manage and supervise the outsourced contract works
  • Coordinate, Manage and monitor project master plan and schedule
  • Coordinate with all departments for the new facility handover and commissioning.
  • Directing and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling;
  • Ensure building meets health and safety requirements;
  • Plan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for current premises;
  • Ensure that agreed work by staff or contractors is completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies
    Coordinate and lead one or more teams to cover all areas of responsibility;
  • Apply performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement;
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and urgent issues as they arise.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • More than three years of experience in Facilities Management Operation
  • Expertise in MS office.
  • Strong knowledge and exposure to Facilities Management Operations
  • Positive, Progressive, Industrious conscientious and ability to think out of the box
