Job Description
- Review the month to date achievement for key account customers to ensure reaching monthly deals with Ibnsina.
- Visit customers to take orders and to increase his withdraw limits and ensure their satisfaction.
- Open new business with new key account customers to increase sales volumes
- Minimize the lost opportunities and increase customer potential to ensure increasing the company's market share.
- Visit customers to collect orders in special companies to achieve the company targets.
- Visit stopped customers to take orders and ensure their satisfaction.
- Follow up all open invoices from the customers either cash or cheques to ensure achieving collection targets.
- Follow up returned cheques with key account customers to ensure maintain company's rights and to achieve collection targets.
- Ensure unfreezing frozen customers which have no financial problems to ensure achieving targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any escalated problems from customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update the private hospital database in terms of potentiality, company shares, 80 – 20 products, contact person details and hospital details "ICU, number of beds…etc".
Job Requirements
- University degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years' experience as sales rep. in the private hospitals field.
- Good User of MS office.
- Good Selling skills.
- Very good Negotiation, Planning, Problem solving and Communication skills.
- Good command of English language.
